ICE WRLD - latest project by milli bandzzz

ICE WRLD is a five-track EP released on April 23 by the Princess of Trap herself, milli bandzzz. Taking to social media, milli revealed her connection to Elsa from Frozen, embracing the labels placed on her—intentional or not. The project offers a glimpse into the mind of a princess with a cold heart, inviting listeners to interpret the moments that led milli to become “frozen.”

The project opens with the previously released single “FROZONE,” produced by Lil $kam. Serving as a powerful introduction, the track feels like stepping straight into a blizzard—pulling listeners into the icy depths of ICE WRLD. With lines like “steppin' out the freezer, call me Frozone,” milli references the iconic Frozone, confidently establishing herself as his female counterpart. The braggadocious, suspenseful energy sets the tone for the project ahead.

The second track, “Make ‘Em Sick” featuring Reddglk, leans deeper into milli’s unbothered, princess persona. Lines like “all these btches counterfeit, they wan' me throw a fit” and “got their faces stuck, you know I make 'em sick” highlight her confidence and control. Gliding over an infectious beat by 99LA, milli delivers catchy, high-energy hooks, while Reddglk complements the track with his bold, unapologetic presence.

On “Hooked,” the project shifts into a softer, more ethereal space—representing the “winter wonderland” side of ICE WRLD. Produced by mygod and Sam Rubin, the track explores themes of love, admiration, and temptation. Acting as a calm interlude, it offers a floaty, dreamlike moment before the project returns to its sharper edge. Here, milli taps into the allure of forbidden emotions, subtly setting up what comes next.

“Favorite Girl,” produced by Y2Krazy, embraces a playful, feminine energy. As the emotions evolve, milli leans into the highs of love and desire, expressing the need to stand out as that girl. With a nod to Only Girl (In the World) by Rihanna, the track blends confidence with charm, delivering a catchy, feel-good moment that highlights her versatility.

Closing the project is “Floating,” also produced by Y2Krazy. The track feels like an ascension—lifting listeners out of the cold and into reflection. With airy production and emotionally layered vocals, milli reveals a more vulnerable side, expressing the desire to escape while still pushing forward. The EP ends on a note of resilience, reinforcing that while her heart may be guarded, her presence is undeniable.

ICE WRLD ultimately tells a story of transformation—balancing confidence, vulnerability, and self-preservation. It’s a statement piece that solidifies milli bandzzz as an artist with both a distinct sound and a clear vision.
